• We don't use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.
• We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.
• We only collect what you enter in forms and what membership requires.

2. Cookies

The site uses one strictly necessary cookie only: "payload-token", which keeps your session secure after you sign in to a membership account (HttpOnly, for the session). Visitors who don’t sign in get no cookies.

As we use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, we don't ask for cookie consent. If that changes, we'll ask for your permission first.

3. Forms and accounts

The volunteer and partner forms collect only the listed fields; required fields are marked. The forms use a short submission limit and a bot trap to prevent abuse.

Passwords are stored irreversibly hashed. Student certificates and photos are not public; only authorised administrators and the file owner can access them.

4. Calendar subscriptions

When you subscribe to an academic or events calendar, your calendar app (Google, Apple, Outlook) downloads our calendar file periodically by itself. We don't ask you for personal data for this and receive only the standard request information the app sends.

5. Third-party services and links

Our Telegram bot, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and calendar apps have their own privacy policies, which apply once you move to them.

6. Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) only. Administrator permissions are role-based, their decisions are logged, and data is available only to those who need it.

7. Age

The site is meant for university students. If you are under 18, get a parent or guardian’s approval before sending a form.
